On April 29, 2022, the 4-day German Interlift 2022 successfully closed. STEP, as a company with over 30 years in supplying control systems, STEP’s SIGRINER, a 40-year brand, is one of the leading suppliers in the elevator industry.

During the exhibition, STEP’s exhibits drawn extensive attention, including elevator cloud as a “blackbox technology”, G9000 integrated intelligent elevator control cabinet, B8000 control cabinet for home elevators, Amar intelligent service robot and new human-machine interface. Influential customers from Italy have placed large orders after the exhibition.

On the second day of the exhibition, Gao Hao, the head of the pan-European business of STEP, delivered a keynote speech about elevator cloud at VFA-Forum interlift 2022, presenting this “blackbox technology” to the audience. STEP’s “Accessories Authentication, EOCD, Monitoring Dashboard” and other key technologies under Elevator Cloud and the “elevator ecological chain” provide end-to-end solutions of full life cycle for elevators, integrate the production of elevator components and complete sets of the elevator, maintenance, property management, passengers and supervisory into a elevator ecological chain, and benefit them. After this speech, STEP received quite lot of requests for further information from extensive potential customers.

Many visitors on site are impressed by the STEP’s Amar intelligent service robot – Amar. They came up for consulting. Amar supports cloud operation and maintenance, monitoring, scheduling, deployment and upgrade, and integrates various sensors such as lidar, depth camera and ultrasonic. With its stylish design, high IQ, and flexible positioning, Amar attracted and well received visitors to stop by for a look with interest, and it provides more functions, including autonomous rides, returning to charging piles, delivering goods, welcoming guests, video publicity, and one-click summoning and more.

At the booth, STEP received visitors of well-known companies from Germany, France, Italy and Spain and they showed great interest in STEP products and solutions. Some of them put forward their requests and questions, and STEP German team discussed with them patiently and in detail. During the discussion, STEP German team shown their professionalism and passion, and was recognized and praised by visitors.

This exhibition provides the chance for STEP to directly present in the European market. With this connection with Europe and the world, STEP has presented the full product lines, the global presents and the strength in intelligent manufacturing.
